Maeloc is deeply committed to the Galician countryside where its ciders are brewed with 100% Galician apples from more than 1000 local farmers.

Their cider is made the traditional way without the use of concentrate and no added sugar. With the use of only fresh apple must and spontanious fermentation, the process results in Maeloc’s distinctive notes and a quality cider.
